4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms will be communicated via WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation. We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as communicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and will be communicated at the time of order. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, logistics issues, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products (flavoured butters), returns are accepted only if:

• The product was damaged during transit.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent via WhatsApp. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion within 7 working days.
